The service continues with the all-important communication to employees both in groups or individually, followed by ongoing monitoring, evaluation and one-on-one advice.

Typically, pensions are at the top of the list. Protection products are also a core component and include Group Income Protection (formerly Permanent Health Insurance), Private Medical Insurance, Critical Illness and Death in Service cover as the most common benefits. For larger organisations a flexible benefits programme offers employees choice from a 'cafeteria' menu of options.
